CCFP, MBCHB
Dr. Marvin Bailey is a family physician with over a decade of medical experience and certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He is the founder of DexaCan, and InvestMed clinics, all based in Kelowna, BC.
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Dr. Bailey earned his medical degree from the University of Stellenbosch. After graduating, he worked for the South African government for three years at Kalafong Hospital in Pretoria. In 2015, he emigrated to Canada and earned certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) in addition to his existing credentials.
Dr. Bailey now focuses on private healthcare, preventative medicine, and integrative health solutions. As the founder of Bailey Health in Kelowna, BC, he works with patients on long-term health, personalized care planning, nutrition, hormone-related care, and diagnostic testing based on each patient’s health needs and goals.
Dr. Bailey’s approach combines conventional medicine with a focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and individualized care. He has experience in testosterone-related care, including pellet therapy, and works with patients and other practitioners to discuss treatment options based on assessment
findings and care goals.
Through Bailey Health, Dr. Bailey offers services that may include comprehensive physical exams, diagnostic testing, DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, DNA testing, and other assessments based on a patient’s needs and care plan. His personalized health programs are designed to support individuals and families with prevention-focused care.
In addition to his professional work, Dr. Bailey enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Whether outdoors or preparing meals at home, he finds joy in connecting with nature, soaking up the sun, and cooking nourishing, wholesome meals for his family.
His love for the outdoors and healthy living extends into every aspect of his life, making him a strong advocate for natural wellness and longevity.
With a special interest in osteoporosis, longevity, and natural wellness, Dr. Bailey brings a prevention-focused, patient-centered approach to care.

Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Henry is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia who has completed additional training in Advanced Injection Therapies and IV Therapies, and is certified in Acupuncture and Prescriptive Authority.
Dr. Henry opened his practice in Kelowna in 2022, with a clinical focus in chronic pain and regenerative injection therapies, including Prolotherapy, injection therapy, and Hyaluronic acid procedures. Prior to starting his practice in the Okanagan, Dr. Henry completed his training in Vancouver while also working in an integrative pain and rehab practice in downtown Vancouver.
In addition to chronic pain, Dr. Henry focuses on the treatment of gut health, cardio-metabolic health, and men’s hormonal health.
Dr. Henry is committed to ongoing learning in chronic pain management and to helping patients understand prevention-focused strategies that may support their long-term health.

Naturopathic physician
Dr. Rachelle Peltier is a licensed Naturopathic physician with a focus in women’s health, fertility, and gynecology. She was born and raised on Vancouver Island, BC where she attended the University of Victoria, before continuing her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, BC.
Dr. Rachelle has a particular focus in and passion for women’s health and fertility and has experience learning from Reproductive Endocrinologists and Gynecologists at Olive Fertility Center in Vancouver, BC. Additionally, she is well versed in hormonal health, bio-identical hormone therapies, menstrual dysfunction, menopause and prenatal care. She is also board certified in Acupuncture, Intravenous Nutrient Therapy, and Pharmaceutical Prescribing Authority.
Dr. Rachelle supports women and their families by helping patients better understand their health and participate actively in care decisions. She aims to address immediate concerns while encouraging practical, long-term habits that support overall well-being and health literacy.

Naturopathic physician
Dr. Sharon Gurm has been a practicing Naturopathic Physician since 2005. She holds a B.Sc. in Cell Biology & Genetics from the University of British Columbia, where she also played varsity field hockey. During that time, she completed a five-year clinical research role at the BC Cancer Agency. She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed a fellowship in Naturopathic Oncology, becoming board certified (FABNO) through the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology.
Dr. Gurm is also board certified in intravenous therapies, chelation therapy, and pharmaceutical prescribing in B.C. In 2007, she founded Port Moody Health – Integrative Medicine & Cancer Care, a collaborative clinic that welcomes patients from around the world. The centre provides integrative medicine and cancer care services and
offers therapies that may include local-regional hyperthermia, photodynamic therapy, and photobiomodulation, depending on a patient’s
assessment and care plan.
A frequent international presenter, Dr. Gurm has lectured at conferences such as the International Society of Laser Applications, Oncology Association of Naturopathic Oncology, and Health Masters Live. She also serves as Program Director and Clinical Professor of the oncology program at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, where she trains future naturopathic doctors.
Dr. Gurm sits on the Medical Advisory Board for CytoMatrix and Brains Bioceutical, and is a former Board member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She finds balance through daily meditation, CrossFit, yoga, running—and keeping up with her energetic 11-year-old daughter.
